Manage all accounts operations at site.
Prepare and share monthly profit & loss reports, cash flow reports, capital expenditure of site.
Responsible to fulfill the requirements of auditors for the timely provision of information and ensure implementation of audit observations.
Liaison with team HR and ensure timely payment of payroll and employee related benefits on site.
Maintain the general ledger & ensure compliance.
Prepare and share daily, weekly and monthly cash flow statements.
Manage accounts payables and petty cash on site.
Ensure and devise proper internal control for the recording of expenses.
Update financial information into appropriate software programs.
Verify balances in accounting books and rectify discrepancies.

Note:

This positon is for "Blue World City Site", located at Chakkri Road Islamabad.
