Responsibilities:

Assisting in development of production and sales plans
Monitoring operational working performances and suggests improvements
Manage domestic and international printing jobs
Assist Manager Operations in routine tasks
Prioritize, schedule and delegate work assignments directly supervise the Press, Post Press, Shipping/Receiving and Maintenance functions to ensure maximum productivity, scheduling requirements are met at the minimum cost.
Study, document, control and improve all manufacturing processes and procedures to achieve maximum productivity, minimum cost and scheduling requirements. Ensure documentation is easily understood.
Determine performance standards. Ensure employees' understanding and compliance with performance standards through establishment of accountability for work.
Ensure completion of all required paperwork, records, documents, etc.

Requirements:

Must be proficient in MS Office
Having strong analytical skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Great at organizing, prioritizing and multitasking
