We are a reputed company in the field of manufacturing and sale of home & institutional furniture. Our show room is located in I/9, Islamabad. We need to appoint Field Sales Associates for sourcing new sales opportunities, generating leads and close sales. As a Field Sales Associate you also have to research sales competition and report the same to management.

The incumbent must have a positive attitude, a desire to work as facilitator to team, and have excellent communication skills. We’re looking for someone who has the ability to learn fast , can operate effectively with little or no supervision and who can manage multiple tasks at once without becoming overwhelmed even if extended efforts are required.We shall provide necessary training to impart knowledge about Furniture & Furniture Selling.

Responsibilities

Core Responsibility is to generate new sales/customers.
Increase the sales and profitability by using various customer sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations etc)
Project a professional image to potential and existing customers during sales meetings/presentations.
Research market and generate or follow through sales leads.
Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness.
Attend meeting, sales events and projects to keep abreast of the latest developments.
Evaluate customers needs and build productive long-lasting relationships.
Receive inquiries/tenders and follow up to ensure deadlines are met.
Ensure customer specifications/requirements are fulfilled and documented.
Prepare Quotation & Sales Orders, review quotations / BOQs /specs /sales orders for accuracy
Collect, summarize and analyse customer input and comments, and to generate suggestions for new products.
Ensure the delivery of sold products on time.
Report and provide feedback to the management.
Provide market information to the management (products, prices, competitors, etc.)
Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory.

Requirements and skills

Proven sales experiencee
Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
Knowledge of Furniture, furniture terminology, Designs, Trends and Décor.
Computer use competency.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is mandatory.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills .
Self motivated and driven.
Keen to details is a preferable skill. When you are good at noticing small but important things that other people might not notice.
Friendly and professional behavior .

MBA / BBA degree or equivalent

Interested freshers can apply but will be considered as trainee.
