We are seeking a talented individual who is passionate about understanding user needs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving the evolution of our digital products.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand project goals and user requirements.
Creating wireframes, visual interfaces, and prototypes; annotating the wireframes; cooperating with other designers, analysts, consultants, and developers; ensuring that the interaction is properly addressed.
Collaborate with front-end development teams to obtain stakeholder input, articulate design concepts, and outline digital experiences.
Conduct user research and usability testing to improve the user experience.
Collaborate closely with developers to ensure that the design is accurately implemented and consistent across the development lifecycle.
Continuously iterate on designs in response to feedback, user testing results, and changing project needs.
Contribute to the improvement of our design processes and provide innovative ideas to enrich our digital products.

Requirements:

Proven experience of 2 to 3 years in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects and designs.
Strong knowledge of Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and gathering user feedback.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design concepts and rationale.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
Passion for continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies.
