Few roles of the jobs but not limited to:

Receive all day-to-day pick-ups from couriers and ensure the proper packaging.
Check each pick-up for its proper packaging and ensure correct consignment notes is pasted.
Verify No. of shipments booked by customer with no. of shipments received.
Call each consignee for undelivered shipments and reason shipments.
Follow-up of the deliveries of consignments and ensure that the deliveries are being done promptly.
Working closely with Quality Assurance department.
All other work assigned by the QA Manager.
