Responsibilities:

Implement and manage HR policies and procedures in compliance with the company\'s guidelines and local labor laws.
Handle recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
Administer employee benefit programs and ensure timely and accurate processing of employee-related transactions.
Manage employee relations and guide on HR-related issues, including performance management and disciplinary actions.
Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance the skills and capabilities of our workforce.
Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data confidentiality and security.
Stay updated on relevant HR trends and best practices to provide valuable insights and recommendations to the management team.

Requirements:

Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven work experience as an HR Officer or similar role, with a strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.
Familiarity with HR software and systems, with the ability to leverage technology for efficient HR management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively resolve employee concerns.
Knowledge of labor laws and regulations, with the ability to ensure compliance in all HR processes.
