UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a Full Time Web/Graphic Designer who has expert level skills with Adobe Photoshop. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest and passion for design and development of engaging user interfaces for users on web and mobile.The chosen candidate must be a self-motivated individual with willingness to enhance his/her experience.

Responsibilities:

Lead the user experience and interaction design across blueEX Digitals web and mobile design services
Design and produce user interfaces and interaction design specifications using participatory and iterative design techniques including stakeholder interviews, usability testing, and other forms of discovery
Effectively communicate research findings, conceptual ideas and detailed design rationale
Assist with general design tasks such as company presentations, business cards and promotional flyers
Qualifications1-3 years of experience as a user experience or interaction designer, or similar role
Bachelors/graduate degree in design or equivalent education / training is preferred
Experience with design and prototyping tools and design (including Photoshop, illustrator)
An online portfolio or samples of work demonstrating past work and relevant experience
Knowledge of HTML/CSS coding and skills is a plus, but not required.
