Coordinate with management and plan participation in all trade shows and ensure all activities are according to customer specifications and assist business partners to design efficient distributing strategies for customers and ensure compliance to all state and regulations.
Develop and implement export strategies that align with the company’s overall business objectives
Research and analyze foreign markets to identify new business opportunities
Negotiate and execute contracts with foreign buyers, suppliers, and other partners
Manage the logistics of exporting goods, including shipping, customs, and insurance
Ensure compliance with all export objectives and design sales strategies according to customer requirements.
Monitor all sales transactions and review all customer responses for all orders and payments and resolve all customer issues.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant market trends and developments
Prepare reports for senior management on the status of export activities
Write professional emails/messages to existing /prospective clients and timely respond to client queries.
Collaborate with other departments within the company, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure that all international business operations run smoothly.

Criteria

Age limit: 28-42 years
Master’s degree preferably in business, international trade, or a related field
Must have 3 year of working experience as Export Manager
Working knowledge of international shipping procedures
B2B & B2C Experience
Can Work in flexible timing
Familiarity with Incoterms
Strong negotiation and presentation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; fluency in another language a plus
