We required professional Stock Manager & Stock Officers who plans and direct the day-to-day operations of the store. Develop strategies to improve customer service, drive store sales, increase profitability, and create store policies and marketing programs that will increase sales and grow the existing customer base. Maintain high store standards and conditions and foster a positive environment.
- Ensure completion of order on time without any error.
- Maintain volume & color wise complete record of Finished Goods inventory.
- Manage store dpt. Labor & supervisor.
- Ensure daily receiving of finished Goods.
- Maintain complete record of all IN & OUT items from factory premises.
- Maintain & prepare monthly wastage sheet.
- Contact with Goods Transporter & arrange a vehicle for the delivery of goods.
- Ensure proper allocation of new fabric material.
- Directly report to the General Manager.
- Any other task assigned by GM.
Criteria
- Age limit: 30-35 year old
- Education must be at least Graduation. (Management Field).
- At least 3 years of experience in any manufacturing organization
- Must have experience in Labor Management
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office. (MS EXCEL)
- Ability to motivate and lead employees, and hold them accountable
