eCommerce Orders Fulfillment Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as an E-commerce Orders Fulfillment Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing the fulfillment process for online orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce operations, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Order Processing: Process incoming online orders promptly and accurately using our e-commerce platform.
Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure adequate stock levels for fulfillment.
Packaging and Shipping: Prepare orders for shipment, including picking, packing, labeling, and arranging for courier pickups.
Quality Control: Conduct quality checks on products before packaging to ensure they meet our standards.
Shipping Coordination: Coordinate with shipping carriers to schedule pickups and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries related to order status, shipping, and product information in a professional and timely manner.
Problem Resolution: Address any issues or discrepancies with orders, including missing items, damaged products, or delivery delays, and work towards swift resolution.
Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities to streamline and improve the order fulfillment process for greater efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and inventory levels using our internal systems.
Adherence to Policies: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding order fulfillment, shipping, and customer service.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in logistics or e-commerce operations is a plus.
Proven experience in e-commerce order fulfillment or a similar role, preferably within a retail or e-commerce environment.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) and shipping software (e.g., ShipStation) is highly desirable.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and inventory management.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve issues efficiently and diplomatically.
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
