We are a digital design agency and looking for a project/workflow manager to help us with our day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

Your responsibility will be as follows:

  • Guiding inbound leads to appropriate services by answering their questions and maturing them to sales. 
  • Delegating projects to team leads
  • General QA of deliverables 
  • Following up with clients, answering their questions, and sharing deliverables.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Understanding of professional design software like Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop is an added bonus, though, not required
  • Bachelors from any reputable university 
  • Experience working as a customer support agent (optional)
