We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Social Media Executive with a passion for digital marketing and a proven track record in social media management. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in content creation, scheduling, community management, and analytics. This role requires someone who can strategize, engage audiences, and stay ahead of social media trends.

Responsibilities:

  1. Content Creation:

    • Develop engaging and creative content for various social media platforms, including text, image, and video content.
    • Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
  2. Content Scheduling:

    • Plan and schedule social media posts in advance using scheduling tools.
    • Ensure timely and consistent posting across all social media channels.
  3. Community Management:

    • Monitor social media channels for audience comments, messages, and mentions.
    • Foster positive interactions and respond promptly to inquiries and comments.
  4. Audience Engagement:

    • Develop and implement strategies to increase audience engagement and interaction.
    • Encourage user-generated content and participation in social media campaigns.
  5. Analytics and Reporting:

    • Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze social media performance.
    • Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
  6. Strategy Development:

    • Contribute to the development of comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives.
    • Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to inform strategy.
  7. Paid Advertising:

    • Manage and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure paid efforts align with broader marketing initiatives.
  8. Trend Analysis:

    • Stay up-to-date on social media trends, emerging platforms, and industry best practices.
    • Implement innovative strategies to capitalize on current trends.
  9. Content Calendar Management:

    • Maintain and update the social media content calendar.
    • Coordinate with various teams to align social media content with broader marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in social media management, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Knowledge of social media analytics tools and ability to interpret data.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
