- Frequently visit market and develop annual trade marketing plan in line with the sales and marketing team in order to drive profitable volume growth
- Maximize off take of products through developing Point of Sales Material (POSM) with trade marketing team
- Develop and execute trade marketing campaigns, promotions & outlet trending
- Organize and oversee the execution of BTL and outdoor campaigns
- Manage in-store and on-store marketing execution w.r.t trade promotion
- LMT, IMT and General Trade Marketing visit and gain market insight for A, B, C and D category store respectively
- Nationwide market visits are required as assigned by the brand manager
- Manage gondola placement in terms of product availability and visibility at every single store assigned
- Must have good command on MS Office
- Daily market visit required
