Job Description
We are looking for Web Developer who will be responsible for designing, coding and modifying websites.
Job Duties:
Can work independently and has the ability to handle multiple projects
Write clean, scalable code programming languages.
Test and deploy applications and systems.
Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC)
Must be a very good programmer in web and software technologies
Required Skills:
At least 2-4 years of experience building user interfaces for websites and/or web applications, and
developing responsive design websites.
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to roadblocks effectively.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills within the Digital Marketing team and cross-departmental
across the Design and Content Marketing teams.
An understanding of the entire web development process —including design, development and deployment —
is preferred.
Proficient in PHP and Advanced Custom Fields for WordPress.
Experience of working HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap, JS, Angular JS, JQuery.
Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3.
Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
Experience with debugging tools like Firebug and Chrome Inspector.
Knowledge of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as SASS.
Good understanding of JavaScript libraries and frameworks, such as AngularJS, BackboneJS, ReactJS and VueJS.
Good understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery.
Good understanding of SEO principles and how to adhere to them.
Familiarity with tools such as Figma or Photoshop is a plus
Knowledge of shopping carts e.g.: Magento, WooCommerce, OpenCart is plus.
