Media planning and buying for Custom shirts brand in Pakistan and North America : Plan and execute an integrated marketing plan across digital channels
Develop and implement social marketing strategy for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Blogs, Website, Newsletter, etc.
Managing and optimizing paid ads (Facebook, Google Ads - PPC & Display network)
Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests on all online paid marketing platforms
Strategy making for email newsletters
Budget control with ROI in mind
Identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate to support the digital marketing team
Responsible for daily/weekly/monthly marketing plans and budget allocation for online marketing activities

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in marketing/fashion/brand/luxury management is preferred
2+ years in E-commerce driven fashion (mens apparel) brand is preferable
Understanding of fashion retail marketing with strong organizational ability
Clear communicator with excellent written communication skills
Passion and drive for working effectively in a start-up environment with deadlines and shifting priorities
In depth knowledge of E-commerce traffic, conversion insights using Google Analytics, Hotjat and other data, analytics tools
In depth knowledge of SEO writing techniques(Backlinking, On site and Off site blogs, Keyword reserach, content writing, competitor research, reporting, page titles, optimised meta tags and descriptions
Strong understanding of direct marketing channels(Facebook and Google Ads) and experience in leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
