Responsibilities and Duties:

The primary duty of any inventory officer is to help manage the inventory.
Inventory Officer must work with spreadsheets and other computer software, some computer skills are a must.
Ensure that stock related data is computerized regularly, in addition to the maintenance of the physical stock register
To be involved in reconciliation of physical stock with the stock in the system
Track daily consignments and make sure to get delivered on time
Supervise & lead all processes and functions of the store can do multi-tasking between Inventory & administrative work.
Plans, organizes, directs, and controls the work activities of staff/drivers.
