We are looking to hire a Data Entry Specialist to support our existing accounts team for Built Right, a UK-based retail operation. The role involves maintaining accounting records for both retail and online sales channels (including eBay and Amazon), ensuring accurate data entry, and supporting the generation of financial reports for management.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter and maintain financial data in QuickBooks Online accounting software
Download and analyse sales data from eBay and Amazon platforms
Prepare and maintain up-to-date records of online transactions
Assist in generating periodic financial and management reports
Support the accounts team with day-to-day operations
Suggest and help implement improvements to existing processes
Coordinate with the UK-based team as needed
Requirements:
Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel
Good analytical and attention to detail skills
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Basic understanding of bookkeeping or accounting is preferred
Experience with QuickBooks Online is a plus, but not mandatory – training will be provided
Ability to communicate effectively with remote teams
