Major Responsibilities:
1. Ensure 100% customer satisfaction in all segments of the restaurant i.e. Dine-in, Take-away and delivery.
2. Demonstrate Hospitality standards and ensure that team follows the same all the times.
3. Ensure food and paper stock receiving and organization according to defined SOP.
4. Ensure to follow store opening and closing standards according to defined SOP.
5. Ensure food safety standards are properly followed in store all the times.
6. Take feedback from every customer.
7. Ensure the Uniform SOP is followed.
8. Ensure all operating standards are being followed.
