We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to drive membership sales at our fitness club. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting facility tours, advising prospective members on suitable membership options, and managing the entire membership process from application through billing. This role demands excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to consistently meet sales targets while upholding the club’s professional standards and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging sales tours of the fitness facilities, providing clear guidance on membership categories in line with company policies.
- Ensure prospective members receive comprehensive information and a thorough walkthrough of the club’s amenities.
- Handle all membership paperwork accurately and promptly, maintaining proper documentation.
- Record daily sales activities and stay updated on overall club membership sales performance.
- Collaborate closely with the Business Development and Marketing Manager to maintain the membership database and sales systems.
- Keep abreast of promotional campaigns and sales targets, developing a personal monthly sales plan to achieve set goals.
- Meet daily key performance indicators such as tours-to-sales conversion, calls to appointments, referrals, completed calls, and new lead generation.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings to report progress and discuss strategies.
- Conduct regular competitor analysis to refine sales approaches and identify market opportunities.
- Generate new business by visiting corporate sites and engaging in outreach activities.
- Support customer retention initiatives in partnership with the Business Development and Marketing Manager.
- Sell memberships with honesty and integrity, ensuring all information provided is accurate and transparent.
- Follow auditable procedures for processing, storing, and managing member and financial data securely.
- Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, user groups, and corporate contacts to promote membership offerings.
- Assist in developing and promoting schemes aimed at attracting a diverse market segment.
- Contribute to membership campaigns, advertisements, and promotional offers to enhance the club’s profile.
- Participate in training programs as a trainer or assessor and provide staff coverage when needed.
- Maintain a professional appearance by wearing the uniform smartly at all times.
- Lead membership sales through direct solicitation, cold calling, open house events, and other outreach methods.
- Act as the primary contact for corporate memberships and coordinate with department managers.
- Complete membership processing tasks including data entry, photo capture, membership card issuance, and discount application.
- Manage membership terminations, billing, renewals, invoicing, and follow up on collections efficiently.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
- At least 1 year of front desk operations experience.
- Minimum of 2 years in customer service roles.
- Ability to work on-site at the Islamabad location.
