Digital Elites, a division of Alpha BPO Services, is looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving revenue growth by identifying new sales opportunities and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with existing clients. Acting as a personal account executive, you will ensure ongoing customer engagement, satisfaction, and incremental business growth. Our company partners with over 30 major TV and internet service providers across the USA, including Spectrum, AT&T, Optimum, DirecTV, Xfinity, and Cox.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively reach out to qualified prospects through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Convert leads into sales by engaging in persuasive, needs-based conversations and strategic follow-ups.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and upselling opportunities.
- Serve as a dedicated account executive, maintaining regular contact with assigned clients to monitor satisfaction, resolve issues, and identify growth opportunities.
- Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets as well as client retention goals.
- Keep detailed records of outreach activities and account performance using internal CRM tools.
- Stay informed about all partner products, services, and promotional offers to effectively tailor sales pitches.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless post-sale customer experience.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to connect with customers and build rapport.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a consistent track record of meeting sales targets.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-driven, proactive approach to outreach.
- Experience with CRM systems and data management.
- Familiarity with internet, TV, or telecom products is preferred.
- Punctual, dependable, and accountable.
