We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to help expand our market presence and strengthen client relationships. This full-time, on-site position involves generating leads, managing client communications, and representing the company at various events. The successful candidate will take a proactive role in market research, lead a business development team, and collaborate with both local and international partners to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and compile monthly lead reports for management to support strategic planning.
- Identify and explore new market opportunities by effectively representing the company to potential clients.
- Conduct daily follow-ups with prospects to nurture leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Maintain a detailed database of upcoming projects relevant to the company’s focus areas.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings with potential clients to discuss business prospects.
- Monitor online trends and engage with the digital community to enhance brand visibility.
- Manage operations across local and international offices, including travel within the country and abroad alongside the CEO and CEO Club team members as needed.
- Build and sustain positive relationships with clients, partners, and government agencies.
- Represent the company at public events, conferences, and meetings to promote business interests.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of business development efforts and provide regular reports to management.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the business development team by offering guidance, feedback, and growth opportunities.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify growth prospects, analyze trends, assess competitors, and understand customer needs.
- Identify and target new clients through cold calling, networking, and participation in industry events to secure contracts.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by delivering tailored solutions that meet their needs.
- Prepare persuasive proposals, pitches, and presentations aligned with client requirements and company capabilities.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in business development or a related field, with a track record of successful lead generation and client acquisition.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to conduct market research and analyze data to guide strategic decisions.
- Experience in managing teams and providing leadership to achieve business objectives.
- Willingness to travel locally and internationally as part of job duties.
- Proficiency in preparing business proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
