An established BPO is hiring & seeking individuals for the role of RTM - (Real Time Monitoring) Agent.

Position Overview:
- Monitors real-time operations and live metrics.
- Analyzes data and crafts insightful reports using advanced Excel tools.
- Flags performance gaps and collaborates with internal teams to keep KPIs on track.
- Contributes to process optimization and supports leadership with performance insights.
Requirements:
- Fresh OR 6 Months – 1 Years of experience in RTM, operations, or data handling.
- Advanced Excel skills like Pivot Tables, VLookup Formulas & If Else Conditions are must.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills Ability to work independently under pressure.
This job requires ROTATIONAL SHIFT & RTM Training will be provided to candidates.
