System Support Engineer

To monitor and maintain the computer systems and networks of an organization you will be responsible for installing and configuring computer systems, diagnosing hardware and software faults and solve technical and applications problemsIT ASSISTANT DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESInstalling and configuring computer hardware, software, Soft Calling and all office equipment’s

Investigate user problems, identify cause, determine possible solutions.Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networksResponding in a timely manner to service issues and requestsProviding technical support across the companyRepairing and replacing equipment as necessary

Document network problems and system problems resolutions for future reference

Network Troubleshooting experienceSystem Troubleshooting experienceGood Command over Microsoft Operating Systems

Ability to work to deadlines.

Strong communication skills.

Good organizational skills

Excellent written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills.

At least 2 year of experience in a similar capacity.

Preferably Bachelors
