The Scope:

Customer service and outreach. B2B & B2C.

The Skills:

Proven analytical and conversational abilities. Multi-tasking is a natural inclination, not an added effort. English typing fluency (65 WPM or more with 98% accuracy). Ability to document with active listening and comprehension. Able to recognize patterns while servicing customers for different businesses. Ability to follow instructions and commit decisions to memory in real-time.

Candid yet cordial.
Detecting the pulse of the verbiage in a fast-paced environment.
Someone who thrives and excels at discovering customer needs, addressing their concerns, and pointing them in the right direction.

Ability to spot opportunities for improvement in the tools and processes you use, and communicate the impact

The Requirement:

Availability for rotational shifts.
Excellent English Speaking & Email Writing Skills
Customer support experience
Impressive internet researching skills
Coherence in construction of fast responses with an eye for phrasing, grammar, and punctuation
Structured, well-composed responses to emails and calls
