2. To ensure that customers and visitors are treated in a highly courteous and hospitable manner;
3. To ensure that all bakery and general items are placed in assigned shelves with a focus on maximum visibility to customers;
4. To be responsible for ordering and receiving bakery and general items, minimizing returns and wastage;
5. To ensure ‘Just-In-Time’ (JIT) supplies of bakery and general items with a focus on serving fresh products to customers;
6. To enhance visibility of special cakes and instant baked pizza through innovative ideas with a view to increase market share;
7. To be responsible for staff attendance, grievance handling, conflict resolution and their courteous behavior with customers;
8. To ensure that customers are provided personalized care with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention;
9. To meet assigned sales targets;
10. To constantly make efforts for sales growth and business development;
11. To recommend strategies for institutional sales, with focus on the sale of special cakes and instant baked pizza;
12. To exercise necessary inventory control checks with a focus on minimizing returns and wastage, while maximizing serving fresh products;
13. To plan and implement intelligent ordering (for bakery and general items) based on modern ordering techniques with a focus on minimizing stock, returns and wastage while maximizing serving fresh products;
14. To personally attend to all customers complaints and suggestions, ensuring prompt resolution for maximizing customer satisfaction;
15. To sort and return-to-stock items (returns) back to their normal shelf locations with priority attention given to refrigerated and perishable items.
16. To maintain a neat, well-groomed personal appearance at all times, observing prescribed dress code;
17. To ensure immaculate outlook and cleanliness of the assigned bakery outlet(s);
18. To establish and maintain standardized hygienic conditions, observing health and safety rules;
19. To comply with company’s rules, regulations and procedures;
20. To maintain self and staff discipline, ensuring polite and courteous behavior amongst staff members and with customers;
