ABS International is looking for a detail-oriented BPO Quality Assurance Auditor to join their team at the Gulshan-e-Iqbal Block 7 office in Karachi. This full-time, on-site role is focused on maintaining high-quality standards and ensuring regulatory compliance within an international BPO call center environment. The position operates during the evening shift and involves conducting comprehensive audits, delivering actionable feedback, and supporting continuous improvement efforts to drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct over 100 call audits weekly to verify compliance with PCI DSS, GDPR, and applicable local regulations.
- Monitor agents’ adherence to service level agreements (SLAs), scripts, and internal procedures.
- Maintain accurate and detailed audit records and compliance documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
- Identify compliance risks and suggest corrective measures to address potential issues.
- Assess customer interactions across multiple channels, including voice calls, chat, and email.
- Document audit results and provide constructive feedback to operational teams to enhance performance.
- Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to perform root cause analysis and develop improvement strategies.
- Participate in calibration sessions to ensure consistency and alignment in quality scoring standards.

Required Qualifications

- 1 to 2 years of experience in BPO quality assurance or compliance auditing within a call center setting.
- Proficient in call monitoring software such as NiceCXone, Calabrio, or similar platforms.
- Working knowledge of PCI DSS and GDPR compliance frameworks.
- Strong analytical abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Availability to work evening shifts from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM PKT, Monday through Saturday.
