1. Communicate with KAM/CSR/Social Media to log shippers and consignee issues/queries/complaints, and coordinate with branches to resolve the issues as soon as possible.
2. Branch coordinators highlight lost parcels, damaged parcels, stuck parcels, and follow up with branches for resolution.
3. Branch coordinators need to coordinate with branches so that operations can be aligned for parcels that need to be re-attempted parcels, parcels that needs destination/COD changed, and parcels that need to be returned/replaced.
4. Branch coordinators, follow up with branch managers to ensure timely COD collection and deposit, and ask for justifications in case of low deposit in bank, and pending COD from Courier.
5. Branch coordinators develop branch performance reports, based on multiple criteria’s and circulate these reports to senior management.
6. Branch Coordinator are answerable to Head Office Senior Management for lagging KPI’s/disruptions/negligence of their assigned branches, as indicated by the performance reports.
7. Branch Coordinators provide the flow of relevant information from Head Office to their respective branches, and follow up to ensure compliance as well.
8. Visiting their assigned branches in case of disruption, and taking control of the branch to ensure smooth operation as usual.
