Primary Function

This job entails assisting the Pakistani Canadian in setting up the school in DHA Karachi, starting with the Pre-School Section followed by Elementary, Middle and Secondary Sections of the school. The objective is involve you from the beginning in the school setup so that you are trained to become the Business Manager of the School. This is a career job.

Job Responsibilities

1. Assist in putting together a business plan for the school.

A 5-year business plan has to be created, including operational plans (such as financial and marketing) and educational plans (such as educational focus, curriculum, implementation and assessment).

2. Assist in preparing a budget for the school and working on funding details.

3. Assist in Interviewing and hiring critical staff members

4. Assist in promoting the school to prospective parents and students.

Advertise for students through flyers and newspapers and submit your school to online and private school directories.

5. Assist in preparing material to be provided to a web designer to design a website that will provide admissions and enrollment information.

6. Assist in opening the business office by starting the admissions process for students. .Also order the curriculum materials, furniture and educational supplies.

7. Assist in providing faculty training sessions several months before the start of school to familiarize the teachers and staff with the school, policies, procedures, expectations, curriculum and the vision for the school

Requirements

1. Bachelor's Degree from a recognized English Medium College or University

2. At least one year working experience

3, Excellent command of the English language

4. Qualities – Energetic, innovative, ambitious and career oriented
