Key responsibilities and task

pro-actively work with the team(s) in creating a zero harm culture and behavior
respect HSE plan to achieve zero harm objective
to cascade the company lifesaving rules and project safety charter at worksite
monitor and follow up the implementation of the client HSE plan;
To perform site visits regularly.
ensure that health and safety information is efficiently communicated to project team members and all other interested parties including labors, engineer, sub-engineer and visitors;
prepare, maintain HSE induction documentation, conduct HSE inductions, where applicable
produce weekly and monthly reports;
review HSE documentation, HSE plans and HSE specifications;
perform regular HSE inspections at worksite;
ensure that all incidents and accidents and near misses are properly recorded and reported and properly investigated;
