Social Media Coordinator (REMOTE)

The sole responsibility of this role is to input data into different operation management software.
It is an entry-level position that will serve as a point of contact, gives details about our products respond to inquiries, and effectively and accurately solve any difficulties that arise regarding our client accounts.
Manage data and communicate the same downline to the team
To achieve customer satisfaction, determine their requirements and evaluate them.
Create sustainable relationships with customers
Responding to customers via varied communication tools and managing social media platforms.
Can communicate effectively with US-based clients in that time zone (8 -4 pm CST)
Maintain a track record of customer queries generated on different platforms
Should be fluent in english speaking and writing skill
Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking output.
Observe communication protocols, rules, and policies set by the company
