The Digital Marketing Manager at Carbon Repro will lead our efforts to ensure the highest standards in digital marketing practices while actively engaging in the enhancement of our clients' projects. This multifaceted role encompasses both ensuring quality assurance and implementing strategic improvements, requiring a blend of analytical prowess and creative thinking.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and conduct comprehensive audits of SEO, SEM, and Google Ads strategies, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and organizational objectives.
Actively track and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns, identifying key areas for enhancement and deploying strategies to boost efficiency and ROI.
Develop and standardize a robust digital marketing workflow, ensuring team adherence to achieve optimal results for our clients.
Work hands-on alongside the team to implement improvements, directly contributing to the advancement of client projects through expert application of digital marketing strategies.
Mentor and guide the digital marketing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and high performance.
Stay informed on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, integrating cutting-edge practices to keep our strategies competitive.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree.
Proven track record in digital marketing, with significant expertise in SEO, SEM, and Google Ads.
Strong capability in both quality assurance and hands-on strategy improvement.
Excellent analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to uncover insights from campaign data.
Leadership experience with a track record of developing effective workflows and leading teams to success.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with clients.
