Cardinal Education is seeking a Note Taker to join our team!

We are an extremely dynamic and collaborative company focused on providing not only top-tier private school and college consulting, but also help with college applications, admissions tests, interview preparation, and tutoring to local and international families.

We are looking for expert note-takers or transcriptionists with exceptional note-taking and analytical skills who will attend meetings alongside the CEO and other consultants to document communication and take note of important information that needs to be disseminated to other departments.

The ideal candidate should be willing to work full-time from 9 am to 6 pm PST with two days off within the week. He/she will be responsible for taking detailed notes during the CEO’s meetings with clients, relaying and assigning tasks to different divisions, communicating with the clients, following up, and making sure action items are implemented.

Responsibilities

Attend and make notes during the CEO’s meetings with clients
Update and maintain meeting notes on student’s files
Must have legible writing if taking handwritten notes and have proficient typing skills when typing notes.
Track the CEO’s calendar for scheduled meetings
Familiar with Google suit
Prepare necessary documents before meetings
Must have good spelling and grammar and be able to record notes quickly and accurately.
Communicate and follow-up action items

Qualifications

2+ years of notetaking, transcription, or copywriting experience
Graduate of a 4-year course from a reputable university
Background in the educational field is a plus
Experience working in a company that offers study abroad programs is an advantage
Marketing writing experience is a plus
