CARE Pakistan is seeking a highly experienced Project Manager for disaster resilience initiative in FATA to coordinate and manage DRR project as per agreed proposal with SDC. The PM will report directly to the head of EPR and coordinate for technical assistance with Senior Advisor DRR/Resilience and climate change and FDMA for the implementation of the project as per SDC guidelines and other project stake holders including Disaster Management (DM) authorities, implementing partners, government line agencies, UN agencies and DRR forum members. The PM will be responsible for the project implementation, quality assurance, monitoring, and reporting for activities carried out by consortium partners. The incumbent will ensure the consistency, quality, efficiency, and accountability of all activities implemented across the project area including advocacy and provide support in harmonization of the process, reporting and coordination. PM/TL will ensure effective coordination, management and provision of support for all project activities agreed with SDC and FDMA.
