The ideal candidate should have a passion for writing and a strong understanding of job market trends and recruitment processes. The role will require a commitment to meeting deadlines and producing high-quality work that meets the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:

Write compelling and effective resumes and cover letters that highlight the strengths and achievements of job seekers
Utilize industry-specific language and keywords to optimize clients' resumes for ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their career goals and qualifications
Collaborate with the team to ensure client satisfaction and achieve project goals
Stay current on job market trends and updates to the recruitment process

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience writing resumes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce error-free work
Ability to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously
Knowledge of ATS and ability to optimize resumes and cover letters for these systems
