A well reputed company is seeking to hire a Sales team having good Communication, convincing and interpersonal Skills. He/ she must be fluent in Speaking and having good Knowledge in real estate. The candidate would be entertained according to Skills, Performance and Potential along with Extra incentives on per Sales.
Key Accountabilities:
1. Make out-bound sales calls to new prospects according to provided leads 2. Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
3. Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; new opportunities available with company; recommending profit and service improvements.
4. Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
5. Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information. 6. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional real estate promotional activities.
7. Define and follow up of monthly targets and objectives. These are the key tasks as currently defined. From time to time the key tasks may be varied and the post holder will be expected to take on such variations within the constraints of the grade and the level of responsibility implied in it.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree Sales or other relevant fields
• Minimum 1 year of Business Development/Sales experience, preferably with relevant experience in the real estate industry.
• Have a desire to make a significant contribution to a rapidly growing organization.
