We require a factory manager for Textile Factory. Following will be the job requirement.
Detailed Duties and Responsibilities
Be responsible for plant production goals and maintaining a production schedule.
Develop efficient labor strategies to ensure the factory meets forecasted labor costs and production goals.
Manage inventory requisitions to/from purchasing and maintain appropriate levels of WIP inventory.
Ensure accurate drawings for customers and our manufacturing process.
Manage and train employees, giving performance reviews and motivating staff to meet production goals.
Improve manpower utilization within existing departments through cross training.
Uphold a safe work environment by continually improve safety record by addressing both physical safety issues and employee safety attitudes.
Ensure site compliance to all labor, safety, county, and state, federal and environmental regulations.
Document production to analyze “job costing”
Recommend systems, procedures and software to better track and analyze of processes and costs.
Manage spending against budget and in relation to changes in production volume.
Prepare management reporting as required.
Confer with purchasing, operations, accounting and sales to ensure coordination of purchasing, production, and shipping schedule.
