Development experience in applications development using JAVA, Jasper Report, JSP,JDBC related technologies.
Solid Database Development experience in MS SQL, MySQL and relational schema.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
Must be able to design and maintain complex solutions involving high performance and data volume.
Must be able to adapt to changing requirements and work load.
Must be able to provide support occasionally in off hours or from home.
Must be analytical, sharp and enthusiastic.
Must possess ability to present ideas, expectations and information in a concise, well-organized way.
Must be flexible and adaptable in regards to learning and understanding new technologies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills (both written and spoken).
