Responsibilities:

  • To assist and facilitate overall functions of Human Resource Department.
  • To develop an employee-oriented culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, and high performance.
  • To develop and supervise performance management.
  • Organizational behavior including the Organization culture, employee/ group behavior and to ensure they comply with the policies and procedures
  • Must be fluent in written English and will be required to write contents for company documents as well noted culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, and high performance.
  • To coordinate implementation of services, policies, and programs and serves on the executive management team; and assists and advises to the line manager about Human Resources issues.
  • Conducting recruitment/exit interviews and recording them accordingly.
  • Facilitating newcomers joining formalities.
  • Reviewing & updating job descriptions for all positions regularly
  • Provide support on policies and procedures
  • Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process and short listing candidates.
  • Create and implement effective on-boarding plans
  • Responsible for Employees’ Orientations, Socialization and Motivation
  • Responsible for Performance Management
  • Responsible for Payroll management
  • Present all financial findings to management, i.e. prepare written reports and attend face-to-face meetings for review
  • Assist in performance management processes.
  • Produce and submit reports on general HR Activity, turnover, headcount vacancy etc.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practice.
  • Filing and retrieving Employee records, documents, and reports.
  • Coordination with different universities for job ad placing and hiring purpose.
  • Maintaining company directory and other organizational charts.
  • Recommending new policies, approaches, and procedures.
  • Formulating and constructing SOP(s) of every department of the company.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint.

Requirements:

  • Holding a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HRM or relevant field.
  • Must be well versed in communicating and corresponding via Email.
  • Possessing excellent English and Urdu communication skills.
  • Willing to work from Mondays to Saturday.
  • Having track record of working in the HR teams of medium to large sized organizations (atleast 300 or above employees) preferrably within IT or related industry. 

Certifications:

  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR)
  • SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP)

Salary Range:

  • 60,000 to 70,000/- Pkr Monthly
