We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our US IT Staffing team. In today's competitive and candidate-driven market, we need a recruiter who is highly motivated and persistent. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to learn and stay current on the latest technological developments that impact our clients' hiring requirements.
Responsibilities
- Recruit candidates for all levels of IT specialist roles at leading US businesses
- Screen and interview candidates to ensure that only the best-qualified are put forward to clients
- Negotiating pay rates and terms of employment with candidates
- Manage and update candidate databases and profiles
- Coordinate with sales and account management teams to meet client requirements
- Ensure compliance with legal and company policies in recruitment processes
- Stay informed about industry trends and changes in client needs
- Building and maintaining a network of potential consultants and clients
Required skills and qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources, communications, marketing, business, or related field
- Three or more years of experience in IT or technical recruiting for an agency
- Proven success in bench sales or IT recruitment
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Knowledge of IT industry trends and technologies
- Technical expertise and an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Resolve, resourcefulness, and strong ability to build a solid network
