For this role, you will be required to do the following tasks regularly:

Managing team of 30+ Job Counselors
Managing resource allocation between survey activities
Overseeing day-to-day work, monitoring attendance
Monitoring completion of calling targets
Monitoring adherence to quality assurance protocols through multiple mediums such as monitoring quality in person, through data checks and audio recordings
Monitoring data and & call logs to meet targets
Liaise with senior management regarding daily targets, revisions to protocols, any changes to survey and overall deliverables
Sharing regular progress reports with senior management regarding each survey activity
Making presentations regarding targets, timelines and progress
Documentation of all processes
Training of new recruits
Any other tasks required in the duration of this contract
