Overall management of program (skills development) under organization & oversee the activities of Centre & provide guidance in implementation of skills development.

Main Responsibilities & Tasks:

  • Oversee overall administrative matters of Regional Office and its tertiary offices in the region
  • Interact and develop linkages with relevant departments of Government, NGOs and related stakeholders for the promotion of organization's programs/projects
  • Close coordination with existing funding agencies such as UNDP-FATA UNHCR, FATA-DA and NAVTTC
  • Successful implementation and operationalization of approved plans and strategies of organization
  • Attend meetings, workshops and seminars representing organization
  • Supervise and provide leadership to Centre team
  • Ensure to enforce and comply with policies and procedures of organization 
  • Look after daily routine affairs of Centre
  • Coordination and effective communication with the section heads of center and departments of head office
  • Effective management of human and financial resources.
  • Delegation of task/assignments to staff related to administration and financial affairs
  • Preparation and submission of budget, and submission of financial reports to head office.
  • Ensure implementation of policies and procedures.
  • Close coordination and liaison with Head Office
  • Any task assigned by the Management

Experience and Knowledge:

  • Proven ability to apply a business or commercial thought process in decision making, planning and implementations of projects
  • Be able to communicate effectively at all levels, ensuring understanding, trust, buy-in and commitment from internal and external stakeholders
  • Good networking skills
  • Networking experience with labor market, vocational training, private sector actors and support program of other development partners
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Diagnostic and analytical skills (financial)
  • Project Management – the ability to facilitate multi-disciplinary projects at any given time
  • Strong information gathering and sorting ability
  • Product knowledge of the organization and the customer base and possess the ability to marry the two together in mutually beneficial projects
  • Result oriented
