C4ED Pakistan is seeking highly motivated and Local candidates for daily wagers workers “Enumerators” at Abbottabad, Bannu, Battagram, Buner, Charsadda, D.I.Khan, Dir Bala, Dir Payan, Hangu, Haripur, Karak, Kohat, Kolai Pallas, Lakki Marwat, Lower Chitral, Malakand, Mansehra, Mardan, Nowshera, Peshawar, Shangla, Sub Div Hassan Khel, Swabi, Swat, Tank, Upper Kohistan, Baluchistan, Quetta, Turbat, Gwadar.

Job Description:

As an Enumerator working in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK) and Baluchistan for C4DE's project, you will be crucial in data collection activities specific to these regions. Your primary duties and responsibilities include:

1. Data Collection:

Utilize an Android-based application for daily data collection.
Adhere to the guidance of the Project Coordinator or field supervisor.
Maintain and update tracking sheets daily.

2. Regional Expertise:

Possess local knowledge and cultural sensitivity relevant to KPK and Balochistan.
Understand the unique challenges and dynamics of these regions in the context of data collection.

3. Training and Professionalism:

Attend project-specific training sessions as required.
Adhere to ethical research standards.
Maintain respondent confidentiality.
Use correct terminology and pronunciation.
Conduct interviews professionally and impartially.

4. Time Management and Compliance:

Manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines within KPK and Balochistan.
Attend all training sessions and meetings relevant to your region.
Submit daily deliverables specific to your region.
Follow C4DE's protocols for data quality in the context of KPK and Balochistan.

5. Compensation:

Receive compensation for completed interviews, as per the standard rates for your region.

6. Liability and Confidentiality:

Fulfill contract duties at your own risk, considering the unique challenges of KPK and Balochistan.
Maintain absolute confidentiality, especially in regions with sensitive data collection issues.

7. Termination and Working Hours:

Terminate the contract with notice.
Responsible for personal transportation, recognizing the regional challenges.
Work between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., taking into account regional considerations.

8. Indemnity:

No additional payments or benefits beyond the standard compensation for your region.
No insurance.
No compensation for accidents or property loss.
No authority to make commitments on behalf of C4DE specific to KPK and Baluchistan.

9. Bank Details:

Provide bank details for payment processing, ensuring compatibility with regional financial institutions.

This job description is tailored for Enumerators working in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK) and Balochistan regions under C4DE's project. It considers these regions' unique characteristics and challenges while maintaining consistency with the project framework.

Note: The data collector should be proficient in using android based equipment’s and applications such as data collection by using survey CTO and survey solutions.
