· Ensures project targets are met according to work plan deadlines, and that the project is adequately resourced to carry out effective programming. Oversees course correction with other senior staff as needed.

· Works with the Country Team, logistics, finance, and security staff to ensure that all program activities are delivered on with quality and compliance.

· Undertake frequent field visits to project sites to ensure that the activities are carried out in accordance to work plan and technical requirements.

· Submits monthly and quarterly reports by collection of information and data from the field, data analysis, and report documentation.

· Documents lessons learnt and best practices based on the learning from the project.

· Ensures effective management of project budget and personnel in line with contractual requirements. Focal point for the project and partner coordination

· Represents Cesvi in various meetings and forums in Sindh during project tenure.

Liaison with various stakeholders and leading livelihoods organizations in all project locations and at provincial level
