We are seeking an Accounts Officer to manage our company’s financial bookkeeping and records. The ideal candidate will be expected to:

Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s financial reporting and general ledger structure.
Ensure financial records are kept up-to-date with all the latest transactions and changes updated on daily basis.
Perform periodic financial analysis to detect and resolve problems in data postings or others.
Maintain confidentiality and protect the company’s financial information, only sharing it with authorized individuals.

Responsibilities:

Process accounts payable & receivable, and utilize database software to organize financial account information.
Cross-check invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy.
Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills to interact regularly with clients regarding sensitive topics like billing and payments.
Perform month-end closing of accounts payable and coordinate with other departments for the recording of financial data in the system accordingly.
Review and approve all un-posted payments and transactions prior to payments being processed in order to manage cash flow.
Manage month-end Accounts Closing in coordination with the Finance Department.
Prepare and update files of all the Invoices, Expense Vouchers, Utility bills, and Govt Notices/NOC’s folders & other records related to accounts and finance department.

Requirements:

Proven experience of 4-5 years in the Property Development & Construction Industry.
Bachelor or P.G Degree in Commerce/Finance/Accounting from a reputable institute.
Good knowledge of MS Office.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
