We are looking for a “Mechanical Design Engineer” deals with product research and development in the field of metal fabrication
Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for new product & tooling Design and development
2. Leading and monitoring the jig & fixture working and material requirement for new developments and routine activities.
3. Working on AutoCAD, Solid Works and Solid Edge for design purpose
4. Analysed the steps of already made product by using the principals of Reverse Engineering
5. Create Bill of Material of Reverse Engineered Parts.
6. Implementing Industrial engineering tools to increase productivity
7. Conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Risk Assessment (RA).
8. Responsible to control and optimize Raw material and Packaging material wastages and develop action plans for waste reduction.
9. Prepares product and process reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
Requirements
1. Bachelors in the field Manufacturing or Industrial Engineer
2. Minimum 5 year experience in Product Design
3. Proficient in Jigs & Fixture Design , Reverse Engineering, 3D Modeling
