Delivering CHASE UP customers a delightful shopping experience at store
Responsible for inventory management with minimal shrinkage
Forecasting, planning, and executing best retail sales and merchandising strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets
Executing retail operational plans to achieve elevated growth in sales and profit
Proactively managing and reviewing the performance and progress of the store
Spending time on store floor with team and customers to understand and identify store critical issues in order to ensure the alignment of sales tactics and strategies
Regularly producing and presenting a range of financial/non financial reports for the management as required
Taking a lead role in building an excellent customer service, customer care, and sales management culture at store.
