Role responsibilities:
· Calculate construction quantities according to construction drawing. Make relevant budget and analysis report.
· Help Chinese engineers with the inventory and checking of the project construction quantities.
· Participate in the contracts negotiations, help Chinese business engineers draft and check contracts.
· Help Chinese engineers review project internal material and business monthly report.
· Accomplish quotation, biding and comparison of material, laboring and other types of purchase.
Position requirements:
· Project cost, budge or any project management related major graduates
· Be familiar with software such as excel, word an access.
· Be familiar with FIDIC contract terms, and laws, rules, regulations and requirements on engineering construction, contract management, biding process required by local government.
· Be familiar with related tax laws in Pakistan.
· Be able to communicate in English fluently, explicit English speaker.
