A reputed international real estate developer who is expanding their operations in pakistan is looking to hire an experienced Operation Manager to head the karachi office.
Key Responsibilities will include:
.Managing all operational and administrative affairs of karachi office .
.Reporting to country CEO
.Ensuring job is carried out in a timely and efficient manner
.Liaising with lawyers and relevant government bodies to ensure property registrations etc
.Lias with Chartered Accounting firm to ensure that book keeping is of highest standards
The ideal candidate:
. 5 years +management level experience in operations role
. Extremely organised professional who prides themselves on their attention to detail
.Extensive experience in finance,administration and tax Masters degree in Business Management or similar from a leading local or international institude
.Fluent spoken and written English
