- Checks & posts the bills of suppliers for fixed assets.
- Maintains Fixed assets register on software & repsonsbile for issuance & maintains tag of fixed assets.
- Records fixed assets acquisitions & dispositions in the accounting system.
- Reconciles the balance in the fixed asset sabsidiary legder to the summary-level account in the general legder.
- Performs periodic physical count of fixed assets.
- Conducts analysis related to fixed assets as requested by management.
- Prepares audit schedules related to fixed assets,& assist the auditors related inquiries.
