We are looking for services of "Administrative / Executive Secretary"

Ability to maintain calendars and schedule appointments.
Able to manage multiple projects and responsibilities at once.
Ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to maintain the confidentiality.
Self-correspondence and able to prepare the minutes of meetings.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Proficiency with MS Office Suite especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
At least 3 years’ work experience in administrative and personal assistant roles at the executive level.
